Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be an artisan aged 18 to 55 with valid ID and ration card.
- One beneficiary per family for pedal machines; two allowed for SHG using automatic machines.
- Preference given to artisans associated with Khadi Village Institutes for agarbatti production.
- Applicants who received similar benefits from other government schemes are not eligible.
- Beneficiaries must submit a declaration confirming no prior similar benefits received.
- All SHG members will be trained in agarbatti making.
- Prior training from recognized bodies like KVIC, KVIB, NABARD, or eligible NGOs is accepted.
