Scheme for Promotion of Innovation, Rural Industries and Entrepreneurship (ASPIRE)

You get up to a crore for plant, machinery, and operational costs, plus workspace in Rural Business Incubation Centers.

Objective
  • To facilitate Livelihood Business Incubation centres in rural and underserved areas, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
Key Benefits
  • Financial assistance up to INR 1 crore for plant and machinery to government agencies.
  • Financial assistance up to INR 75 lakh for plant and machinery to private agencies.
  • Grant of up to INR 1 crore for operational expenses like manpower and skill programs.
  • Support provided for setting up Livelihood Business Incubators (LBIs).
Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicant should be a government body, industry association, academic, or not-for-profit institution.
  • Institutions must have experience in incubation or skill development.
