The Vendor Development Programme (VDP) was successfully conducted on 31st  January 2025 in Coimbatore. Organized by FaMeTN, the programme aimed to identify and encourage potential MSMEs to become suppliers to India’s reputed PSUs such as Cochin Shipyard, Goa Shipyard, Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers, Mazagon Dock Shipyard and L&T Shipbuilders. The session provided technical and procedural guidance on vendor registration and procurement requirements, enabling MSMEs to enter and expand in their sectors.

•	Total MSMEs Participated: 84
•	Total PSUs Participated: 05 

The VDP served as a strong platform to enhance MSME–PSU linkages and promote greater participation in government procurement.

விற்பனையாளர் மேம்பாட்டு நிகழ்வு (VDP- Marine Sector) ஜனவரி 2025 அன்று கோயம்புத்தூரில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றது. FaMeTN ஏற்பாடு செய்த இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி, MSME நிறுவனங்களை இந்தியாவின் முக்கிய பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்கள் (PSUs) ஆகிய கொச்சி கப்பல் கட்டும் தளம் (Cochin Shipyard), கோவா கப்பல் கட்டும் தளம்(Goa Shipyard), Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers, Mazagon Dock Shipyard மற்றும் L&T Shipbuilders போன்றவற்றின் விநியோகஸ்தர்களாக உருவாக்கவும் ஊக்குவிக்கவும் நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது.
இந்த நிகழ்வில் மேற்கண்ட நிறுவனங்களில், விறபனையாளர் பதிவு செயல்முறை மற்றும் கொள்முதல் தேவைகள் குறித்த தொழில்நுட்ப மற்றும் நடைமுறை வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

• மொத்த PSUs பங்கேற்பு: 05

இந்த விற்பனையாளர் மேம்பாட்டு நிகழ்வு (VDP-Marine Sector), MSME–PSU இணைப்புகளை வலுப்படுத்தி, கொள்முதல் செயல்முறைகளில் MSME-கள் அதிக அளவில் பங்கேற்க உதவும் வலுவான தளமாக அமைந்தது.
