Additional Capital Subsidy for select category of entrepreneurs

If you’re a woman, SC/ST, differently abled or a transgender person, you can get a subsidy on plant and machinery

Objective
  • To reduce the financial burden of women, SC/ ST, differently-abled and transgender entrepreneur.
Key Benefits
  • Subsidy provided for 5% of eligible plant and machinery cost; subject to a maximum of INR 5 lakh.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The applicant must be a woman, SC/ST, differently-abled, or transgender entrepreneur.
  • The applicant must start a new micro, small, or medium enterprise.
  • The unit must be either in one of the 254 industrially backward blocks or be agro/food processing-based in any of the 388 blocks.
