If you’re part of an MSME association that wants to relocate, you can get a 50% subsidy on infrastructure

Objective

To enable uniform development across the state and incentivise development outside urban areas.

Key Benefits

50% grant for infrastructure development; up to INR 15 crore for common facilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicant should be an MSME or MSME association.
At least 20 MSMEs must relocate.
MSMEs should form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
Minimum 50 acres of land required for the SPV.
Micro enterprises may require only 10 acres.
Less than 50 acres considered if land cost is high.

Office to Contact

Proposals must be submitted on the Association/SPV's letterhead to the District Collector with project details, processed through the District Validation Committee and State Steering Committee, and funds disbursed to the SPV in four equated installments through SIDCO.
