International event : For visiting business exploration/ exhibitions/ buyer- seller meets

You may avail financial assistance to cover travel and accommodation expenses incurred for attending international trade fairs, subject to the following terms and conditions. A covering letter on the company’s official letterhead must be submitted, requesting FaMeTN’s Sponsorship Reimbursement, and should include the company profile, details of products manufactured or sold, the gender of the owner, the total expenditure incurred for participation, and the name and designation of the representative who attended the Expo; the letter must also bear the authorized signatory’s signature and official seal. For sector‑specific or product‑specific fairs, only MSMEs operating within the relevant sectors will be eligible for support. Additionally, taxes or duties of any kind, whether levied within the country or abroad, will not be considered for reimbursement.

Key Benefits
  • Support for Air Fare: Micro and small enterprises (special category): 100% reimbursement, max INR 1,00,000 (Class A), INR 55,000 (Class B).
  • Support for Air Fare: Small enterprises (general category): 75% reimbursement, max INR 1,00,000 (Class A), INR 55,000 (Class B).
  • Support towards Accommodation: Micro and small enterprises (special category): 100% reimbursement, max INR 6,000/day (Class A), INR 3,000/day (Class B).
  • Support towards Accommodation: Small enterprises (general category): 75% reimbursement, max INR 6,000/day (Class A), INR 3,000/day (Class B).
  • Support for Entry Fee: Micro and small enterprises (special category) get 100% reimbursement.
  • Small enterprises (general category) get 75%, and medium enterprises get 50%. Reimbursement is processed with invoices, and in exceptional cases, 50% can be claimed in advance.
  • Support towards Stall Charges: Micro and small enterprises (special category): 100% of the Stall Charges subjected to a maximum of INR 3,00,000 for Class A Countries and INR 1,50,000 for Class B Countries.
  • Support towards Stall Charges:Small Enterprises (General Category)Enterprises 75% of the Stall Charges subjected to a maximum of INR 3,00,000 for Class A Countries and INR 1,50,000 for Class B Countries.
  • Support towards Stall Charges:Medium Enterprises–50% of the Stall Charges subjected to a maximum of INR 3,00,000 for Class A Countries and INR 1,50,000 for Class B Countries.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The applicant should be delegations led/organised by associations with 5-10 entrepreneurs per delegation.
  • The applicant can also be delegations led/organised by FaMe TN, TANSIM, or EDII.
  • Individual enterprises can also apply.
