Key Benefits
- Eligible artisans receive a 25% subsidy on their loan amount, helping reduce financial burden and making business expansion more affordable.
- The scheme benefits people above 35 years with 5+ years of experience in specified trades, ensuring that skilled artisans get financial support to grow their craft‑based businesses.
- Even if earlier subsidies over ₹1.5 lakhs must be repaid, KKT still provides a fresh chance for artisans to access funding, helping them expand or stabilize their livelihood with structured support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Scheme EligibilityAge above 35 years is eligible Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the 25 listed trades If you received any subsidy benefit greater than Rs. 1.5 lakhs under GoTN schemes for self employment or business expansion in the last 5 years should be repaid. Maximum Eligible Subsidy is Rs. 50000 (25%) from the loan amount
