- To support the sustainability and growth of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by addressing common issues such as technology improvement, skill development, quality enhancement, market access, and access to capital.
Key Benefits
- Diagnostic Study Report: Grant up to INR 2.5 lakh; INR 1 lakh for MSME-DFOs.
- Soft Interventions: 75% of sanctioned amount, max INR 25 lakh/cluster.
- Detailed Project Report (DPR): Maximum grant of INR 5 lakh for feasibility reports.
- Common Facility Centres: Grant up to 70% of project cost, max INR 15 crore.
- Infrastructure Development: Grant up to 60% of project cost, max INR 10 crore (excluding land).
- Special Grant for North-East and Hill States.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should be state government/ MSME- DFOs, and autonomous bodies.
